Not your average studio

Corrective movement, built around your body

Many of our clients begin with us in back pain, post-surgery, or recovering from an injury. Others want to excel at their sport, stay injury-free, or just get back into shape. Through Pilates, we teach the proper mechanics of movement — corrective exercise for exactly what you want to accomplish.

We remove the guesswork. We've been teaching Pilates for 25 years, so we're no-nonsense — we don't waste your time, we cut to the chase, and we tell you like it is. Our class sizes stay small (4–9 max) so we can take care of you, every single time you're on the floor.

We provide the tools to make lasting changes that support your structure, your activities, and your spirit — plus the encouragement to carry those changes into daily life.

The foundation

The six principles of Pilates

Control

Every movement led with intention — no momentum, no guesswork.

Concentration

Full attention on the muscle doing the work, breath to body.

Centering

Strength drawn from your center, then carried into daily life.

Breath

Breath that powers the movement and calms the nervous system.

Fluidity

Smooth, connected transitions that keep the body safe.

Precision

The right exercise, the right way — corrective movement for you.

Who we help

Pilates, tailored to where you are

Pilates for Back & Neck Pain

Pilates for Back & Neck Pain

Many of our students come to Pilates to find relief from back and/or neck pain. We customize a training plan to help you rebuild strength in the right places and move through your day with less pain.

Rebuild strength where you need it and find relief from pain.
Pilates for Injuries

Pilates for Injuries

Sometimes injuries happen because we're simply not strong enough in certain places. Our approach to Pilates teaches the proper mechanics of movement so you can heal those nagging injuries and build a body that holds up.

A corrective approach to heal those nagging injuries.
Pilates for Seniors

Pilates for Seniors

You're never too old to start Pilates. We provide a welcoming, judgement-free environment for seniors looking to improve strength and flexibility, protect their balance, and feel more energized in everyday life.

You're never too old to start. Strength, balance, energy.
Private & Duet Sessions

Private & Duet Sessions

One-on-one private sessions (and duets — you and a friend) are the best place to start. We hear your body's history, introduce the Pilates foundations, read your movement patterns, and build a plan around what you need most. All privates and duets are 55 minutes.

One-on-one — or you and a friend — fully tailored to you.
Start one-on-one

The best place to begin is private

Most of us begin with less awareness of the subtle work our bodies are capable of. One-on-one guidance and the Pilates equipment help you find the depth and structural strength the exercises ask for.

In your first sessions, we hear about your body's history, introduce the Pilates foundations, explore your movement patterns, and learn what you like most and need most — then build a plan around it. All private and duet sessions are 55 minutes.

Bring a friend and make it a duet. Once you've moved into classes, privates are still perfect for troubleshooting, working through a setback, or taking your practice to the next level.

Frequently asked questions

What should I wear to a Pilates class?

Do I need to bring my own mat?

We provide mats. If you're signed up for a Mat class and prefer your own, you're welcome to bring it.

Is Pilates suitable for all fitness levels?

Yes. We welcome every level. Beginners start with All Levels or beginner-friendly options, while Intermediate and Advanced work is there for students with prior experience.
